Project 3 IT201-006 Cole Abney

In this project, I add new features to my existing application. These new features include a simple character on screen that can be rotated or moved with wasd. This character also has 2 animation states that can be switched between with a button on screen. I have also added a animation toggle for the objects that are able to be spawned on screen with LMB.
